🎨 1. Technology & Craftsmanship
What is Full-Color Resin 3D Printing? At CSS Art, we use industrial-grade Full-Color Resin technology. Unlike cheap 3D prints that are hand-painted, our colors are integrated directly into the material during the printing process. This results in vibrant, high-definition details that will never peel, chip, or fade.
Do I need to paint my 3D figurine? No. Your figurine arrives fully colored and finished. Our advanced tech eliminates the need for manual painting, ensuring a professional, smooth, and gallery-quality look.
📸 2. Photo Requirements & Customization
Do I need multiple photos for a 3D portrait? No! One clear photo is enough. As long as the person's face and features are visible, our expert digital sculptors can transform a single 2D image into a stunning 3D figurine.
Can you work with blurry or low-quality photos? While we prefer high-resolution images, we offer a Free Photo Evaluation Service. Simply email your photo to sales@thecssart.com, and we will confirm if it is suitable for 3D modeling before you place your order.
Can I customize clothes, poses, or add pets? Yes! We offer full customization. We can change outfits, modify poses, or even create 3D replicas of your pets (cats, dogs, etc.). If you can imagine it, we can sculpt it.
📏 3. Sizes, Specs & Packaging
What sizes are available for custom figurines? We offer five standard heights to suit your preference:
- 4cm (~1.6 inches)
- 6cm (~2.4 inches)
- 8cm (~3.1 inches)
- 10cm (~3.9 inches) — Similar to the height of a standard soda can.
- 12cm (~4.7 inches)
Is a display base included? Every order includes a complimentary circular acrylic base. We also offer premium solid wood bases (Nordic or Retro styles) for an additional fee if you prefer a more weighted, luxurious display.
Do you offer gift packaging and greeting cards? Yes. Every CSS Art piece arrives in a premium brand box. We also provide gift cards (handwritten or printed) upon request—ideal for Father's Day, anniversaries, or graduations. No price tags or invoices are included inside the package for gift orders.
🚚 4. Shipping & Global Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order? Because each piece is custom-sculpted and refined, production takes 5–15 business days.
- USA, Canada, Europe, Australia: 10–15 days (Standard) / 5–7 days (Expedited).
- Japan: 6–10 days (Standard) / 4–6 days (Expedited).
Can I get my order by a specific holiday? If you have a strict deadline, please email us at sales@thecssart.com before ordering. We will check our production schedule to ensure your 3D gift arrives on time.
🔄 5. Returns & Quality Guarantee
What is your return policy for personalized gifts? Since our figurines are unique 3D memorials created from your personal photos, we cannot accept general returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 48 hours for a 100% Free Remake or a refund.
