At CSS Art, we dedicate our craftsmanship to transforming your most cherished memories into physical art. Because every 3D figurine is a highly personalized, custom-made product, all sales are final.

📝 1. Order Cancellation & Modifications

We offer a limited window for changes before your custom 3D model enters the production phase.

  • ✨ 2-Hour Grace Period: You may cancel or modify your order FREE of charge within 2 hours of placement.
  • 🛠️ Late Cancellations (2-48 Hours): A 30% service fee applies to cover 3D design and digital sculpting labor.
  • 🚫 Production Phase (After 48 Hours): A 60% service fee applies as industrial resin materials have already been consumed.

🛡️ 2. Quality Assurance (30-Day Protection)

We stand behind our Full-Color Resin 3D Printing technology. If your order arrives with issues caused by our team or the carrier, we will resolve it within 30 days.

Covered Issues:

  • ✅ Incorrect item received.
  • ✅ Major manufacturing or printing defects.
  • ✅ Physical damage sustained during transit.

Our Solutions:

  • 🔄 Option 1: 100% Free Remake (Recommended). We will re-sculpt, re-print, and reship your figurine at no cost.
  • 💳 Option 2: 70% Refund. If you prefer a refund, we return 70% of the total. (30% is retained for non-recoverable custom labor).

⚠️ Damage Notification: Report physical damage within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and product.

🚫 3. Non-Refundable Situations

Since every CSS Art piece is a unique 3D memorial created from your photos, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • 👤 Personal Reasons: Change of mind, "no longer needed," or ordering the wrong size/base.
  • 🎨 Subjective Similarity: Our artists ensure 95%+ accuracy. However, 3D art is an interpretation. Accuracy depends on your photo quality (lighting/angle).
  • 🔬 Technical Variations: Minor color shifts from screen-to-print or inherent micro-textures of the 3D printing process.

📦 4. Optional Shipping Protection Plan

We offer an optional Shipping Protection Plan (5-8% of order value) for total security.

  • 🕵️ Lost Packages: Claims accepted if tracking is idle for 15+ business days.
  • 🚔 Stolen Packages: Covers items marked "Delivered" but not received (Police report required).
  • ✅ Resolution: One-time free remake and priority reshipment.

💳 5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, funds return to your original payment method:
